1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Axentra Edge ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

Axentra Edge provides professional business consulting and financial advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Financial Reporting & Accounting services
  • Finance Controlling & Consolidation
  • IND AS, IFRS/Ind AS Implementation & GAAP Advisory
  • Accounting Advisory and consultation
  • Strategic business planning and analysis
  • Risk management and compliance services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Axentra Edge, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery
  • Cooperate with our team and respond promptly to requests for information
  • Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed payment terms
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and processes
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Notify us immediately of any changes that may affect service delivery

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Service fees will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of financial and business information. All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law or professional standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, processes, reports, and deliverables remain the property of Axentra Edge. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axentra Edge's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulations. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and adhere to continuing professional development requirements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of material breach, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
  • Client materials will be returned or destroyed as requested
  • Work in progress will be billed on a pro-rata basis

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
